Data Insights Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Insights Specialist to manage and optimize our customer database. This role demands a focused individual who can uncover hidden opportunities by analyzing and verifying data, ensuring it aligns with our organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will excel in methodically evaluating the customer database, researching customer profiles, and identifying prospects that fit our evolving offerings. The Data Insights Specialist will refine CRM data to support strategic organizational goals, conduct reviews of historical databases to validate the relevance of past inquiries, research customer profiles and projects, and evaluate potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus:
  • Cleanse and update CRM data for accuracy and completeness, categorize leads based on potential, and develop detailed reports on database health and lead potential.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver well-researched leads and assist them in tailoring their outreach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in CRM systems or data analytics tools are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or a similar role.
