About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Architect to join our team. As a key member of our database team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time databases and data systems to meet evolving client, product, and business needs.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value, while also mentoring and supporting junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in database architecture and design, with experience in tuning, productionizing, and optimizing data systems and machine learning models. Additionally, you should be able to provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions, advocating for simple, elegant solutions that balance new development with technical debt management.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
