Customer Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your problem-solving skills and expertise to deliver exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer tickets, calls, and queries related to our payroll platform in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer high-quality support to customers via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to provide best practice system use and education to all customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years Experience: Proven results in a fast-paced customer service/support environment across live chat and email.
  • Australian Payroll Expertise: Relevant experience with Australian payroll systems e.g. KeyPay or similar platforms.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
