Commercial Excellence and Operations Leader

This is a role focused on leading the commercial excellence and operations functions within an organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving business growth through commercial excellence, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ownership of country/region monthly and quarterly business reviews, driving forecast accuracy, championing the commercial cadence, and enabling growth through commercial excellence, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong business and financial acumen, with a proven track record of leading and operating within a cross-functional team in a matrix organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the development of long-term go-to-market strategies for key commercial markets and commercial excellence systems, processes, and analytics.
  • Driving value creation/expansion activities and revenue realization through effective implementation of regional programs.
  • Ensuring alignment and effective application of sales process and related tools for both Enterprise Sales and Customer Experience teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business (finance, marketing, strategy, analytics, operations) or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' work experience in FP&A, Commercial Excellence, and/or Commercial Operations roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating closely with senior business leadership at country and regional levels.
