">Technical Support Lead

We're looking for a seasoned technical support professional to spearhead our customer-facing initiatives.

">">Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority or complex technical issues, leading diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution efforts.
  • Own critical incidents, ensuring prompt responses, effective solutions, and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior technical support engineers, sharing best practices, collaborating on escalations, developing training materials, and helping them develop their skills.
">">Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a technical customer-facing role, and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 4 years' experience in a service or customer-facing role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior or escalation role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
