Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reports and Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis and be proficient in using Pipedrive as a CRM platform. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis: The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  2. CRM Management: They will ensure that our CRM system is up-to-date and accurate, including updating customer contacts and logging telephone and meeting notes.
  3. Market Research: The candidate will work with our sales team to qualify new leads and set up opportunities on Pipedrive.
Requirements
  • Experience with Pipedrive: The successful candidate must have experience using Pipedrive as a CRM platform.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Other Systems: Familiarity with other systems such as Unleashed, Prospect Soft, Zendesk Support, and Microsoft Excel and Outlook would be beneficial but not required.
