Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to serve as the Lead Workforce Analyst. As the key point-of-contact for all matters related to reporting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of data collection and providing timely insights to management.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all reporting-related matters
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights
  • Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Develop and maintain process documents to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and team members through effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, real-time analysis, and/or workforce management in a contact center environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work proficiently in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, including Tableau and Power BI
