Administrative Professional – Data Entry Specialist

This role involves accurate data entry into various systems and databases, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and accuracy by cross-referencing information.

  • Prepare and organize data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Assist in the migration and consolidation of data from various sources.
  • Monitor data entry processes and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes.
  • Support ad-hoc requests related to data entry and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities also include overseeing HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals, managing and updating websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content, as well as implementing lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.

Additionally, this role involves developing and managing Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions, performing keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance, tracking and analyzing AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement, managing budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximize ROI, and monitoring and adjusting targeting to align with evolving market trends and user behavior.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data management software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
