Work closely with Global and Regional Sales Operations teams to gather the necessary data.

Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform key business decisions. Dashboard and Report DevelopmentDesign, create, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Salesforce Analytics Studio (CRMA), Tableau, and Google Sheets. Ensure that visualizations are user-friendly, accessible, and actionable for different business stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations Manager to understand specific data needs and develop tailored visualizations that meet these requirements. Ensure that these reports and dashboards align with organizational objectives and support strategic decision-making. Data Quality and IntegrityMaintain data accuracy and proper structure for effective visualization.

Examine data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information using standard business reports and dashboards for validation. Apply data validation techniques and collaborate with data engineers or IT teams when necessary. Skills and Qualifications:Analytical thinker with a strategic approach.

Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in analysis. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective collaborator with team leads and managers.

Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Action-oriented with the flexibility to adapt to change.3-5 years of experience in a BPO setting. Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.

Expert-level SQL skills: proficient in querying Snowflake databases, extracting data, and understanding data governance and security.
