Job Opportunity: Franchise Growth Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our franchise growth efforts as a key member of our team.

This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads, engaging with prospective franchisees, and qualifying their interest in our business model.

The ideal candidate will possess native-level English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage structured call outreach and dynamic day-to-day tasks.

The successful applicant will have significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm franchise leads, using pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when appropriate
  • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with our franchise development team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Support additional day-to-day activities as needed, including lead engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms, appointment scheduling, calendar management, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development
