Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Franchise Marketing Manager to spearhead the digital lead generation strategy for our growing Filipino franchise brand. The primary goal of this role is to attract qualified franchise leads from within the Philippines by designing and executing effective online marketing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and identifying potential franchisees.

The ideal candidate is highly familiar with the local SME environment, understands the franchise landscape in the Philippines, and knows how to source and convert high-earning employees, existing franchisees, and entrepreneurs using Facebook, Google, and organic outreach strategies.


Primary Goal:

Generate qualified franchisee leads through digital campaigns and strategic online outreach tailored to Filipino SMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs.

●      Filipino entrepreneurs and SME owners looking to start a franchise business.

●      Existing franchisees seeking to expand their business and open a new store.

●      Corporate professionals with strong earning capacity looking to start a side business.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Lead Generation Strategy

●      Design and execute franchise marketing funnels that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.

●      Launch and manage Facebook & Google Ads campaigns targeting ideal franchise buyer personas.

●      Set up lead forms, landing pages, and email drip campaigns to nurture franchise inquiries.

●      Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL), ad creatives, targeting, and copy based on performance data.

Lead Sourcing & Prospecting

●      Actively collect and scrape lead data (where ethical/legal) from public sources, websites, and Facebook pages of similar Filipino franchise brands.

●      Monitor industry groups, forums, and events for organic leads.

●      Use Meta tools, Lookalike Audiences, and interest targeting to reach potential investors.

Lead Management & Meeting Scheduling

●      Pre-qualify and organize leads in the CRM (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot).

●      Schedule and confirm meetings between interested leads and the internal franchise sales team.

●      Follow up with cold/warm leads via email, WhatsApp, or Messenger with personalized messages.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

●      Track lead volume, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

●      Present weekly/monthly updates with actionable insights and improvement plans.

●      Use UTM tagging, pixel tracking, and goal conversions to track funnel performance end-to-end.


Required Skills & Competencies:

Essential for Franchisee Lead Generation:

● Previous experience in Lead Generation for franchises in the Philippines.

● Online and Offline Franchisee Lead Generation experience is highly preferrable.

●      Expertise in Facebook Ads & Google Ads

●      Strong copywriting and local messaging adaptation

●      Deep knowledge of Philippine SME/franchise landscape

●   Understanding of buyer psychology and investment decision-making

●      Proficient in using CRMs and marketing automation (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

●      Experience designing or managing landing pages and lead magnets

●      Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights)

Bonus/Preferred:

●      Experience generating leads for food, retail, or service-based franchises

●      Knowledge of data scraping, social listening, or Facebook competitor page analysis

●      Fluent in Filipino and English, with cultural insight into regional market behavior

●      Existing database or network in franchise or SME communities is a huge plus
