Appointment Setter Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appointment Setter to join our team.


About the Role
  • This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pipeline Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
  3. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for our sales team.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in our CRM system.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.

Requirements
  • Must have experience in appointment setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital communication tools and software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

This is a bring-your-own-equipment role; all necessary tasks must be completed using personal hardware.
