Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Appointment Setting Team Lead to provide leadership services on a contract basis. The team leader will oversee appointment-setting operations, ensure exceptional service quality, and deliver agreed-upon performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide call center leadership services to guide appointment-setting activities, ensuring timely and effective results.
  • Deliver coaching, performance feedback, and process improvement recommendations to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor appointment-setting results, report on agreed-upon performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support escalated calls when necessary, providing subject-matter expertise for resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in call center leadership (appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales) with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Familiarity with CRM and call center software, including data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive results-oriented performance in a fast-paced environment.
