About the Role

You will be required to address customer issues promptly, identify additional needs, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex customer issues.

Requirements
