About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic candidate who can provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and providing product information in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- To respond to customer emails, chats, and phone calls in a friendly and helpful way.
- To provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.
- To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- No prior experience in BPO is required, but willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Ability to start work immediately and commit to a minimum of one day process per week.
