The role of Sales Solution Specialist is pivotal in bridging the gap between prospects, customers, and product development teams. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with account executives, customer success managers, and other stakeholders to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and business challenges
  • Craft and deliver technical pitches, demonstrations, and presentations that showcase our products' capabilities
  • Address technical questions and objections from prospects and stakeholders
  • Lead product demos to highlight features, functionality, and tangible benefits
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to align solutions with existing customer infrastructures
  • Collaborate with the customer education, account executive, customer success, and support teams for seamless post-sale hand-offs
  • Develop guides, tutorials, and configuration examples to accelerate customer success
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical enhancements to our product suite
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases, CRM entries, and technical collateral
  • Attend training sessions, webinars, and conferences to deepen product expertise
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineer, solutions architect, or technical consultant
  • 2+ years of experience in a software as a service (SaaS) industry
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proven track record of supporting sales cycles and closing deals through technical expertise
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, Salesforce, or any CRM is preferred
  • Knowledgeable with Google Suite or MS Office applications
