Document Developer

We are seeking a skilled Document Developer to create high-quality technical documentation that meets industry standards.

This is a fixed-term contract position with full employee benefits starting on day one.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and its documentation requirements.
  • Create user-friendly documentation, including user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
  • Analyze existing content and identify opportunities for reuse and single-sourcing to optimize documentation processes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and communicate new features effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adhere to documentation guidelines and company style standards in all communication.
Qualifications:
  • Total Experience: 4 – 8 Years Industry Experience
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Technical Writing or a related field
  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with software development life cycle methodologies
  • Strong understanding of technical writing standards and industry best practices
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Markdown, and documentation software like Confluence or MadCap Flare
