The role of a Technical Software Specialist in the software development team is pivotal. The specialist contributes to the success of projects by ensuring that all software components function seamlessly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customization: Analyze customer requirements, design and implement solutions on a high-quality level using established software frameworks.
  • Data Management: Set up demo data, manage releases, work with database technologies such as SQL and PL/SQL, generate high-quality data, analyze and resolve release-related issues, upgrade and optimize existing migration modules.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting for internal and external users of software modules.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Additionally, you should have knowledge of software engineering principles, proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, PL/SQL, understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases. Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving are also essential. You must be able to persevere in analyzing complex situations and finding optimal solutions.
