Core Responsibilities:
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Document Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee documents and records.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the smooth delivery of employee benefits.
  • Logistics Support: Effectively manage shipping and receiving operations.
  • IT Support: Provide basic IT support as needed to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Team Events: Plan and execute engaging team events that promote a positive work culture.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Expertise: A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR or administrative support role is required.
  • High-Volume Experience: Proven ability to handle high volumes of administrative tasks with ease.
