About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Research Associate to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, is digitally savvy, and has strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually researching high-quality leads for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Our Growth Marketing team will provide you with lists of target accounts. Your task will be to identify the right decision-makers within these accounts by researching on LinkedIn and other sources, and enrich our CRM with accurate data.

As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in building our outbound pipeline. You will use various tools to find accurate lead data and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research decision-makers at target accounts provided by our Growth Marketing team
  • Use LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources to find accurate lead data
  • Enter and update lead data in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with our SDR team to continuously improve lead quality
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness at all times

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Fluent or native English written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly organized and reliable work style
  • Digitally savvy, comfortable using modern software tools
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with LinkedIn and/or sales/CRM tools
  • Available to work full-time as a freelancer
  • Preferably based in a region close to UTC+8 time zone
