Property Valuation Expert Role

This role involves working closely with clients to provide comprehensive financial modeling, market research, and report preparation support for their investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough analysis of real estate databases to gather comparable data, analyze the data, discuss findings with stakeholders, and write detailed reports.
  2. Analyze various real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  3. Create sophisticated financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  4. Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  5. Prepare well-structured reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  6. Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience as a Real Estate Analyst or equivalent role is essential.
  2. A degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate is required.
  3. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with a preference for financial modeling experience.
  4. The ability to think independently and analytically is crucial for success in this role.
  5. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills are also necessary.
  6. Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR, is vital.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for producing high-quality work.
  8. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Advanced financial modeling expertise.
  2. Experience with FileMaker Pro.
  3. Excellent internet searching skills.
