Job Title: Senior Customer Success ManagerWe are seeking a visionary leader to shape and execute customer success strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology or property management industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and build relationships with executive-level clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success metrics.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support a global client base.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
