Phone Support Specialist

About the RoleIn this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone calls. You'll need to be able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously, while also being empathetic and understanding of customers' concerns.
Main Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Paid training program
