Phone Support Specialist

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in customer service principles, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers. A Senior High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience in customer-facing roles. College Undergraduate and Graduate degrees are also considered, with a minimum of two years of academic experience.
We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using client-based tools and applications for customer management. Our ideal candidate is willing to work on-site and possesses a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable attitude.
