Job Overview

This senior-level position is a critical thinker and builder, designing executive-ready reports/dashboards and safeguarding data quality from source to scorecard.

The Analytics Solutions Lead will serve as the team's expert in process improvement, diagnosing cross-department processes using data-driven assessments, value-stream mapping, SIPOC, and stakeholder interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills, with experience modeling data, validating metrics, and working with large/complex datasets.

A Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field is required; an MBA or related master's preferred.
