Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying business problems, developing solutions, and implementing changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements and develop analytical solutions.
  • Design and implement business processes and system modifications.
  • Analyze complex business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of business process improvements.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required.
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approach to prioritizing work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
