Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Finance Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing business operations. This role is critical in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within our business and financial processes. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has strong analytical skills with a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries. The Business and Finance Analyst will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, track, and interpret business and financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis on projects, tools, and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech.
  • Create clear reports and presentations that communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job type: Full Time - Remote

Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
