Expert Business Process Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in defining requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Key responsibilities include planning and designing simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve and support business activities, and gathering business requirements through various techniques such as work sessions and interviews.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and processes, communicating these requirements to appropriate parties, and creating complex test case scenarios to be used in testing.
Other key skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, technical writing skills, and experience working in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
What We Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
- A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field.
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required (Insurtech or health insurance experience is preferred).
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must.
