Marketing Project Manager Role

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager with experience in cross-functional project coordination, reporting, and process optimization. This role is key in driving operational efficiency across marketing initiatives, leading team meetings, managing processes, and supporting reporting tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and has a strong sense of ownership over end-to-end project execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating highly efficient and effective weekly team meetings
  • Outlining key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from weekly business results
  • Managing NPS surveys and facilitation to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Driving budgeting end-to-end process improvements
  • Supporting BWE buildout and week-over-week tracking and insights
  • Supporting other division and department leads in project management needs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high sense of urgency/responsiveness
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills individually and in group settings
  • Establishes a high level of trust across various internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing processes end-to-end
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to self-start and coach in learning processes and systems as they evolve
