Business Development Executive Job Description

At the heart of every successful business is a Business Development Executive who drives growth, fosters relationships, and delivers results. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients;
  • Grow existing accounts through strategic extension and expansion opportunities;
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships by conducting regular health checks;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking contract updates and renewals;
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met;
  • Focus on consultative selling, understanding clients' needs, and establishing a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or sales-related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting;
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation;
  • Basic understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends is an asset but not required.
