Job Opportunity

The Logistics Specialist (Inventory Management) role is responsible for overseeing third-party logistics providers. The successful candidate will track KPIs, monitor contract obligations, and resolve issues to ensure service delivery meets contractual terms and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data for performance metrics such as OTIF, IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, and Reversal
  • Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for regular reporting
  • Monitor third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms
  • Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations
  • Participate in regular business reviews and help prepare reports, presentations, and insights
  • Provide data required for logistics cost analysis
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials, supplies, or services based on established procedures
  • Verify partner compliance with standard building and facilities management activities
  • Prepare management reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination
  • Familiarity with contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is an asset
  • Will to perform fieldwork and be assigned to Sucat, Muntinlupa (onsite)
