We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods and services by coordinating and supporting logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
  • Prepare reports for the logistics department.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping status and logistics.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
