Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building strong and long-term relations with key customer influencers and decision makers on all levels within the customer organization.

Your primary goal will be to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction while using a value-based selling approach to position us as the most trustworthy and superior partner.

You will develop short and long-term Sales Plans for strategic customers, determining sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives.

Fully understanding the customer business environment is crucial to maximize our competitive advantages.

Cooperation with internal functions is essential to maximize customer responsiveness.

Accountability for and driving the entire sales process from lead generation to successful closure of contracts are critical tasks.

Proactive prospecting and cold calling may also be required in this role.

Participation in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc. as required is expected.

Regular reporting on changes to the customer prospect list, status of deals, and necessary actions to be taken is mandatory.

Showing that we care about the customer and their success is fundamental.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of iGaming sales/BDM experience is preferred.
  • Retail/land-based experience is an asset.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also independently, is essential.
  • Great interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships, are required.
  • A creative, customer-focused outlook is vital.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and any Asian language(s) (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • A good eye for detail and high organizational skills are must-haves.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and motivation skills are necessary.
  • A vast B2C client network in Asia is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities are crucial.
