About This Role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will work closely with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing plans.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating engaging campaigns, analyzing data, and working collaboratively with a team.

You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, assisting with organizing promotions and events, collaborating with the design team to create marketing materials, and keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity in campaign ideation, familiarity with digital marketing platforms, and ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing manager.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, including conversion rates.
  • Assist with organizing promotions and events.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
