Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and technical teams to analyze requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful project delivery.

This is an ideal career shift for nursing graduates or RNs looking to transition into a BA career. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand business workflows and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation activities to drive adoption.
  • Contribute to proposals, pre-sales, and business development by identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze and improve workflows, create standardized documentation, and recommend process improvements.
  • Continue developing your expertise through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 1–3 years of business analysis, project management, or related experience. Experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or BPO is an advantage. Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and BI tools (Tableau, Excel, Data Studio) is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Nursing board exam passers highly preferred; open to fresh graduates and RN career shifters
  • At least 1–3 years of business analysis, project management, or related experience (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or BPO is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and BI tools (Tableau, Excel, Data Studio) is a plus
