Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors, laborers, and materials suppliers to ensure efficient progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in construction or project management, or equivalent education.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office 365, and strong organizational skills.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Personal Qualities: Effective communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
