Overall Purpose and Responsibilities

This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of ongoing construction projects while laying the groundwork for future initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
  • You will ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • You will work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • You will regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • You will develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • You will establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • You will lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • You will collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.
  • You will interface with contractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants to drive accountability and deliverables.
  • You will provide regular reports and updates to the executive leadership on project performance, risks, and operational improvements.
  • Culture Building & Team Leadership: You will lead cultural transformation by fostering proactive problem-solving, instilling discipline, and mentoring teams for greater ownership.
  • Technology & Communication Improvements: You will introduce tools and systems to streamline communication, reduce double-handling, and enhance reporting efficiency.
