Construction Project Coordinator

This is a crucial role in the construction industry where you will oversee multiple projects ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.

You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing filings and approvals, and tracking project milestones.

  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential delays and proactively address them.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in construction, with a solid understanding of processes and terminology.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in written and spoken English. Experience with project management tools, communication software, and construction software is a plus.

A Day in the Life: You will work closely with architects, expediter, drafter, and other professionals to coordinate project schedules, manage filings, and track project milestones.

Your Responsibilities: Coordinate project timelines, manage documents, serve as main contact, anticipate delays, and address them.

Requirements: Proven experience in construction, solid understanding of processes and terminology, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in written and spoken English.
