This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. FINRA Series 6 Permitted but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding retirement plans.
  • Manage daily communications with internal and external parties to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Responsible for providing daily support to clients and intermediaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 6 Permitted but not required. Corporate established timelines as applied to permitted positions. FINRA Fingerprinting required.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans.
