Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to join our team at DOXA Talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in reconciliation, 401(k) plan structure, and IRS/DOL regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile safe harbor plans with deferrals or plans with distributions and loans using Excel and administration software.
  • Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including the IRS Form 5500, using filing software.
  • Share knowledge and explain complex topics simply.
  • Train on concepts for a Retirement Plan Administrator II.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Complete continuing education based on current certifications.
  • Experience in reconciliation and intermediate knowledge of 401(K) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations is preferred.
