Administrative Officer III Professional

The Supply Officer II will be responsible for managing the procurement and supply chain functions of the institution. This includes overseeing the purchasing process, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on administrative and support services.
Salary Information:
The salary grade for this position is 14, which reflects the technical expertise and industry standards required for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
The Supply Officer II will be responsible for:
- Managing the procurement process, including developing specifications, soliciting bids, and evaluating proposals;

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects and initiatives;
- Maintaining accurate records of procurements, contracts, and expenditures;
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
