Hiring for Administrative Assistant position at Henry Buildex Prime Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Prepare and edit various types of documents, including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Report directly to the manager or head of the unit/department.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
