Hiring for Administrative Assistant position at Henry Buildex Prime Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Prepare and edit various types of documents, including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Report directly to the manager or head of the unit/department.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
