  • Handling complex accounts and preparing customer statements, bills, and invoices
  • Contacting customers via calls, emails, and faxes to follow up on past due accounts
  • Ensuring timely collections, including escalation, managing customer relationships, and account research
  • Negotiating payment arrangements and reconciling disputed delinquent account balances

You will also be expected to:

  • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities by comparing data from different sources
  • Provide suggestions based on facts, constraints, and probable consequences
  • Maintain performance under pressure or opposition
