The role of Accounting Executive involves overseeing accurate financial operations, compliance, and reporting across diverse investment portfolios. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of investment portfolios, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely consolidation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and detailed records of investment portfolios, including all related accounting entries.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for family offices and related entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of accounts, including investment vehicles, trusts, and holding companies.
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a private wealth or investment environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good spoken and written English and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a small team.
