About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts.


Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in using ERP and analytics tools, as well as strong leadership presence and collaboration skills. They will be responsible for leading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, building and maintaining financial models, and analyzing financial performance and variances.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Experience in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership presence and proactive mindset.
  • Certifications such as CPA or MBA are a plus.
