About the Job

  • This role is part of HR GBS, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and services delivered by the Human Resources Regional Shared Services Tier 2 Employee Data Management & HR Reporting team.
  • As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for resolving escalated employee inquiries on EDM/HR Reporting/HR Compliance topics.
  • You'll also be responsible for managing a team of Tier 2 Employee Data Management analysts against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enablement to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of Tier 2 EDM service delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Supervise the provision of HR Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting services, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting team.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  4. Lead the development and maintenance of HR Case Management technology and Employee Portal/Knowledge Management content for Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting services.
  5. Provide guidance and support to Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Monitor and report on key metrics and trends related to Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the Tier 2 EDM/HR Reporting team.
