Job Title

Senior Bookkeeper.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Perform XERO Payroll functions including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Process bills using DEXT and Hubdocs.
  • Prepare payables and receivables reports.
  • Manage sales invoicing.
  • Conduct XERO Projects tracking and reporting.
  • Complete end-to-end preparation of BAS/IAS.
  • Prepare management reports, cashflow forecasts, and budgets.
  • Manage client accounts email inbox.
  • Provide professional service to clients in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
  • Proficiency in Xero and experience using DEXT or Hubdocs.
  • Experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting.
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting and budget preparation.
  • Experience in Xero Projects tracking and reporting.
