Key Payroll Implementation Specialist Position">

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Payroll Customer Implementation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of payroll software for mid/large-sized clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading new client onboarding, defining and maintaining implementation programs, owning the implementation process end-to-end, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in onboarding new clients for a SaaS company, particularly managing larger and more complex customer implementations.
  • Payroll experience: A strong background in US payroll, either in an implementation capacity or in managing payroll in-house.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills, and the ability to quickly learn more.
