Overview

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling all communications from initial inquiry to resolution.

Our platform is designed to automate workflows and reduce administrative tasks, allowing our clients to focus on high-value activities. As a Customer Support Advocate, you will play a crucial role in scaling our support function, maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating closely with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Be a product expert, with a deep understanding of how our platform works and its capabilities.
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, providing timely and effective support via various channels.
  • Collect customer feedback and influence the direction of our product, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to its development.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues, working closely with our development team to resolve problems and implement solutions.
  • Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, such as knowledge base articles and guides.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Retention, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continued success.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with various software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional documents and presentations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to listen actively, handle criticism constructively, and engage in robust and articulate dialogue.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
