Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for managing customer and vendor master data to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MDM, data governance, and data quality management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data governance frameworks and practices to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear guidelines for data integrity, ownership, standards, and maintenance protocols. Additionally, you will lead the modernization of information management practices within the organization by staying abreast of evolving concepts, emerging tools/automation/analytics and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting Technology, Financial Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum ten (10) years' related experience; Shared Service Organization experience preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for applications and systems; experience in ERPs, PowerBI and/or ServiceNow/ ticketing tools is an advantage.
  • Lean Six Sigma training a plus.
  • Proficient use of MS Office (expert in Excel) and knowledge of MS Power Platform and VBA is an advantage.
